[Japan-India Joint Economic Forum (Summary)] On July 2, commencing at 3:30 p.m. local time (7:00 p.m. on July 2, Japan time) for approximately 30 minutes, Ms. TAKAICHI Sanae, Prime Minister of Japan, attended the “Japan-India Joint Economic Forum” hosted by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) during her visit to Delhi, India.The forum was attended by H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, from the Government of India, as well as business representatives from both Japan and India, and officials from Keidanren (Japan Business Federation), the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) of India, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), among others.
