He has argued numerous times before the Fifth Circuit, previously clerked for highly respected Judge, Leslie Southwick, and has been a strong defender of Law Enforcement throughout his career. Todd has the unwavering support of Senators Roger Wicker and Cindy Hyde-Smith.
