Trump announces signing Holocaust art recovery and small business innovation bills

[Congressional Bills S. 1884 and S. 3971 Signed into Law] On Monday, April 13, 2026, the President signed into law: S. 1884, the “Holocaust Expropriated Art Recovery Act of 2025,” which permanently extends and expands judicial authority under the Holocaust Expropriated Art Recovery Act of 2016; and S. 3971, the “Small Business Innovation and Economic Security Act,” which authorizes, through Fiscal Year 2031, and amends the Small Business Innovation Research program, Small Business Technology Transfer program, and related pilot programs.
